BesNet is a partially renovated multifunction office building of category B with an area of 18,439 hectares, six office and storage buildings and nearly 280 parking spaces.

Office space is located in two buildings of category B - Alpha and Delta. Storage area and office space category C are available in the remaining four buildings.

The entire project is located in the outer office area in Prague 4, about 8 km from the center, and offers a strategically advantageous location near the western and eastern parts of the city and enjoy direct access to the highway D1 to Brno and Vienna. Another indisputable advantage is the planned construction of a subway station in these areas.

The buildings were built in the 50th of the last century and during the last thirty years have undergone extensive modifications. The main office building was refurbished in 1998 -1999. Modernisation of equipment took parti in the year 2000 - 2006.
